Customer service never sleeps with Thirdi chatbot

We created a multi-platform chatbot available on Facebook, Web and Google Assistant for Thirdi Group to ensure prospective buyers can quickly find the right property along with detailed information anywhere and anytime.

The chatbot is developed using Google DialogFlow with a custom fulfillment API pulling information and assets stored in the Arti Platform built to enhance the customer buying journey.

All chatbot interactions are saved as leads in Thirdi Group’s Salesforce account for easy follow up.

Pulling data from the Arti platform

The Thirdi chatbot pulls live data from from the Arti platform including features and imagery, how many lots are available, pricing and rental estimates.
