Streamline the parking booking experience

SYD Airport needed to refresh and streamline it’s online parking booking experience to make it "easy-peasy" for customers to find and book parking online, and to maximise conversion and sales.

The existing booking website was overly complex resulting in frustrated customers and lost revenue potential.

We parnerted with The Core Agency to overhaul and optimise the booking journey, and to align the brand and messaging with their ‘Easy Peasy Parking’ campaign.

We built each of the responsive page templates and transactional emails ready for integration to SYD Airport's car park booking platform and the SYD Airport website CMS.

Following a technical discovery, we designed the new user journey and wireframes which were provided to The Core Agency for visual design.
